For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "23merryph," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at https://23merryph.club, including all associated services, games, and features.
• "Player," "you," or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 23merryph platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on the 23merryph platform.
• "Games" refers to all gaming products available on the platform, including but not limited to live dealer games, slot machines, fishing games, bingo, and sports betting.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by 23merryph to Players, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player using accepted payment methods, excluding Bonus funds.

The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration and at any subsequent time, 23merryph may require you to submit Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or UMID card).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify 23merryph support immediately via live chat.

23merryph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted where supported by the issuing bank.

Deposits: All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Withdrawal Conditions: Funds derived from Bonus credits are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. Real Money Balance funds that have not been used to wager at least once may be subject to an administrative processing review.

23merryph offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless the promotion terms expressly permit this.
• Wagering Requirements must be met in full before any Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• 23merryph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus systems — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, use of multiple Accounts, or coordinated wagering — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

All games available on the 23merryph platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Jili Games, and Evolution Gaming. Game outcomes are determined independently of 23merryph and cannot be influenced by the platform or its staff.

Players acknowledge that:

• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with any third party to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving gaming services.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 23merryph staff or other Players through any communication channel.

23merryph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines. We provide the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via Account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting 23merryph support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent from 23merryph.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Use the 23merryph brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 23merryph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

23merryph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

23merryph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures on their own devices.

23merryph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

23merryph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via on-platform notification or email to the address on file. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification.

Your continued use of the 23merryph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 23merryph platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 23merryph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
